Farewell, my friends...

On 19th June 2009, my university application finally came out. And I found out that I was offered a course of Electronic Engineering in UTeM, Melacca.


This shocking news came unexpectedly, and I protest heatedly againts it. I am a bio student, why the heck am I given a physhic related subject for? Besides, I hate physhic. Physhic cheated me out of my A (I thought I could score at least A2, but I ended up with a big..ugly..B.). But then dad talked to me, asking me why not consider the offer first and try it out before making up my mind.


"Then why you send me to hotel management for, if all the while you meant me to go to university?"

"I send you there because I want you to learn. No knowledge is ever wasted, as you will apply it at some point of your life. You have experience all sort of new things within the hotel right?"


And indeed, I have. I have learn how to cook and bake, I have learn how to groom myself up, I learn how to create beautiful things with my hands...I have learn so many things I could not have known otherwise! And I made friends that will always be in my heart... I am going to give this course a try... After all, I was given the opportunity to study something new. Who to say I don't like something until I learn it, try it, experience it? Only then will I make my ultimate decision: to study engineering or to go back to Hotel Management.


I am so so sorry people, for telling you last minute I am leaving KL tomorrow. It is not that I do not want to tell...I could not bring myself to tell. It will make me just so much harder to leave! I love you all so much~! I am leaving behind everyone that I ever known, everyone I truly care for...to take up a course that I cannot choose. Yet sometimes in life we have to tread alone, to know what the future holds for us...and God's purpose. And whatever God's plan is for me, I know I am on the way of discovering it.


Friends of my life... I thank you for coloring my life with your presences and building me to what I am today. Here is my last words~some cheezy 'miss me not' lines or things I'd never tell...till today.

Thanks for staying close to me despite everything. And I am real glad you drag me to church to being your victim when sermons get tad boring. I'll come back occasionally. And when I back, your time is mine... Everyone read that onot?? Don't you snatch Deniece away!! I gonna miss you like crazy, woman...



Ivy…
I hope you are really really sure you want to study science in msu. Your university offer will come, just a bit later. Nevertheless, I wish you all the best. I complained of you going so far to Shah Alam, now it seems like I am a hypocrite here. Haha! You are a truly good friend, Ivy. Tell me when you are on holidays, ok?

You b….. Act so good I didn’t even know that you know!! GM, thanks for all your consideration, reminders and prompts, I appreciate it a lot! More than you think. But Kylie, remember that you must never go overboard with your teasing. There is only a very fine line between teasing and being mean. You can hurt the people around you. Love them instead. It is not enough to show that you care. Respect must be there too. Be sincere, and you’ll have true friends for life~ ;)

I gonna miss walking to LRT with you, sitting together gether on the way home. You must have had the hardest time to keep silent, I don’t blame you. Babe, you are my listening ears where I pour out secrets and problems, and nobody is as patient as you. Be happy…live life to the fullest, ok? You are beautiful. Fulls stop.



Canasder...
You are the one I am most reluctant to tell, do you know that? It was so SO hard for you and me!! We had so many plans, so many dreams for our training in Cameron (which may be no longer possible for me). I really appreciate you made time for me to accompany my last moments before leaving to Melacca. Dang you! You are making me emo again!! Don’t cry…and don’t ever stop asking question k, Sek Sin Dear? That’s the way you will learn things. Stop scandaling with guys dy and smile always~!!

My Saturdays~~

For the last few weeks, my Saturdays had always been occupied...
First there was Samuel and Lena's wedding... I would blog about it, since it my very first wedding invitation that was address to moi~

But my F&B lecturer, Mr Chiang, borrowed my pendrive at the wrong moment, and have yet to return... Mr Chiang, I blame you for not being able to blog properly!! Roar!!!

Finally, after weeks and weeks of waiting!! Needless to say, my whole morning were spent cleaning up the kitchen looking for space for this hot mama...

I haven't started using hot mama yet, but I shall be on a baking spree soon, after I get used to the tiny little functions and knobs. I guess from now on when I say I am 'not free', you will know what I am doing.

My this round of fever-cum-flu-cum-cough seems, for some reason I myself also do not understand, to be heightening my chocolate addiction. So much so that now I am addicted to everything chocolate~ Chocolate spread, chocolate dips, chocolate smoothie (yea, so I am still taking ice...sue me!!) and chocolate soft toy!! Meet Mr Baban, my new chocolate-smell smiley bun bun!!

And oh, to all my brothers and sisters of chocolate slaves out there!! I got a good news for you!!
Something interesting I learned from Youth Alpha last week:-

Chocolate is derived from cacao beans. Read that?? Beaaaaaans... Beans=vegetable. Sugar is derived from either sugar cane or sugar beets. Cane or beets, both are PLANTS...which places them in the vegetable category. Hence, that makes chocolate a vegetable.

If I am to go further, some chocolate candy bars also contain milk, which is dairy. Milk is good for your bones, so candy bars are a health food.

Chocolate-covered raisins, cherries, orange slices and strawberries all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want.

For the weight conscious, don't leave chocolate out from your list. Make sure you a chocolate bar before each meal. For you see, eating chocolate take the edge off your appetite. You'll eat less.

And the best is... Chocolate has many preservatives. Preservatives make you look younger. For this, you have me as a living prove....

Ooops, sorry folks for being MIA again...
All credites goes to the college's lecturers who, for some reason, seems to regard us as exam and assignment machines... 6 assignments at one go!! The horror of it I tell you...!!
Besides that, our finals had to be BEFORE and AFTER our super stinkily short one week semester-cum-study break...

Unfairnessss...!! Guess I can kiss goodbye to travelling days already..T.T...


Oh well, disaster comes as disaster goes. Hmm, I said I was going to blog about the Cambodia trip, right? But I kinda lost the mood aldy...since I travelled there like, I dunno, abergazzilion weeks ago?

Spotted this seriously cunt-ted handicraft book in PWTC book fair which I tag along with Syeqa and Bensen.

It is really useful when you are lacked of ideas (or in my case, cash...) what to buy for your friends or loved ones~ Making your own cards gives a personal touch to your presents, agree??
